Ledochowski's Hypnosis a07 ROOTKIT Community

so for the lunch breaks we have had a

lot of time to focus on the mindset and who's being understanding of h+ mindset more not more fully we feel is getting really enriched now and we started putting together the language you already know and the techniques for the

method you already know with a mindset and putting it together right how many of you out of curiosity forgot to put the H+ in place and the last exercise no.1 little bit just gonna go a little bit carried away with it is good

i do want to encourage you will be doing exercise going forward from now even spend a few minutes is closing your eyes to get ready and then do it will be very useful for you because you are making a habit out of the mindset and then of

course the skills will flow very easily and naturally from that makes sense you guys want to do now is look at this idea of the H pass from a different angle again you have at least two angles don't you you have the personal transform we

have his Pleasant calming relaxing experience that change your personality and your ribbons bit did not know you had the incident report technique in the anodic age and that really amplify the whole thing that are not what do now is

add another new and that very same process and in time we're going to combine these two quite interesting it's not a cocktails could you begin by sort yourselves out into groups of roughly 10 people please new groups so

we have the option to work with a group so here's what you do now we do the same kind of modern age that exercising before only change the content remove the instant rapport technique one person in each pair of people if your hand

right now you're the hypnotist ok and it is peace face forever and face your partner's so soon as you're ready hypnotist please close your eyes and find yourself drifting inside you done before only this time Robin

recalling the fact that you have had friends in your past I'd like to begin to recall some other kinds of information you've all had pleasant experiences experiences that maybe feel a little or a lot like the

way you feel when you've been in transit comfortable relaxed that sort of thing the kind of experience I would like for you to really consider right now is the one without some kind of natural rhythm involved for example you may have

enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of rain on a tin roof or window pane and hearing that natural steady rhythm maybe feel comfortable as you for fell asleep perhaps it was the sound of a breeze going through a tree the rustling of the

leaves of course when the wind blows like that the ribs a little different less predictable yet when it comes it comes and you can really hear it and it has a very soothing quality to it does it not

some of you may recall pleasant moments by an ocean sea hearing the sounds of waves not rhythmic washing some of you might actually remember pleasant mechanical sounds the home of a car engine late at night as you're

driving or being driven sound of the hum of machine at work there are certain rhythmical sounds that you experience to help have helped you to be deeply comfortable and relaxed I'd like you to select a specific one of

those some instance be a natural sound natural rhythm or another as you're thinking about this particular natural sound natural rhythm allow you to notice what that reason is because in a moment I will ask you the hypnotist open your

eyes and start talking to the person in front of you it doesn't matter what you say or what you talk about all that matters is just like with the erotic gays induction the instant rapport technique they speak only at the rate

and pace and the tonal qualities that allow you to enhance the quality of this memory that means you're speaking in the same rhythm the rhythm of the rain the rhythm of the wind the rhythm of the waves the rhythm of the car

so soon as you're ready go ahead and open your eyes as slowly as you need to to maintain a sense of that rhythm and then when you can begin talking with your partner about anything you wish making sure that your only speaking in

complete harmony without internal rhythm now go ahead and do that and then just pause what you're doing now and the other person the one who was not the dentist before it gets too close their eyes now the images can just relax

because now they're the subject and the other person's go as a hypnotist as your partner's did a moment before i begin to recall any memory or wish that was pleasant comforting easing and peaceful focusing particularly on one that had

some kind of rhythmic sound the rain on a windowpane the sound of the wind through a tree the rhythmic sound of stuff on a beach perhaps the chopping grasshoppers or some other insects outside

it might even have been some kind of mechanical really sound the sound of traffic outside the engine on a book these selected memory and feel that rhythm inside you the task in a moment will be to open

your eyes only a slowly as you can maintain that rhythm inside so you can look at your partner and speak with them only as slowly and rhythmically as in harmony with that internal memory you can choose any topic you wish but speak

in harmony with an internal rhythm begin that now alright so let's have mikes ready for this you enjoyed that was an interesting process yes what kind of things you notice what did you learn

what do you take from it what you find interesting over here as I was listening to Michael I was also aware of the rest of the room and the sound this time of the rest of the room was very different to yep any of the other times we have

breakout sessions it reminded me to a certain extent of its kind of a ritual we have in Ireland when someone dies and everyone goes to a place and had to the house to wake the person and they said the Rosary decade of the Rosary and it's

I've always kind of hypnotic and you just have a whole other voices all kind of going around like that that was what and i took from it and it definitely is not a thing because you develop who have felt the written developing both have

themselves and what you're experiencing is a harmony inside the room as well as people are picking up in each other's rhythm to write how did it feel to be the subject listening to that kind of rhythm without any money content in the

conversation necessarily just having the conversation itself be flowing in that serenata core critical sort of way go ahead to set up behind you can make a little space for you to come through for me the rhythm this time was inside

me yes and the amazing thing was that for the first time since we started all of the exercise that we're doing I didn't hear anybody else in the room right for me i was totally completely

with Pamela and it was absolutely infections and the more i was talking to her the more exciting i was getting i was like really enthusiastic I was really enjoying it was the most amazing cheering experience that was called

going first right for you told you guys leaving bye absolutely yeah well don't ya well done excellent but shut up now you go but they are you sure left and just kind of its parent and i just think we

got to keep coming back that same thing with paws really warm eyes anyway so i think that there's just one pulse there's just one beat and i'm really loving that in action thank you very nice setup it's going to

stand up or get my key back and come forward yes occurred to me before that all these traditionally soothing sounds like rain ruin your rain on a tin roof or right on a car roof for you

engine that mechanical engineer house waves on a beach there they're all kind of white noise and and furthermore the pulsing it would be roughly an analog us with alpha wave self rhythms and taking that back that basic wash wash noise is

what you would have heard when you were in the womb and that's basically that's that's that the primordial root of the of what's relaxing about that specific you know that word i'm desperately fumbling for but it's a kind of the

United it's a route feeling that yeah that Universal organic yeah oceanic perhaps suka ocean organic so no that wasn't what I was like and the other one so I'm i have a friend who's who had a premature baby was born early

and more thing she did was she assisted this is going to back sometime she insists the whole other hole that the am the hospital let it come in and play like a tape of a heartbeat insisted that a lot of players i don't know if you

noticed but premature babies are usually prone to a lot of stress because they're not used to this environment and her child as good as gold a lot of these issues were bypassed more importantly rhythm has been the most basic method

that human beings have used to go into trance since before history even now a lot more the shamanic societies will use drumming dancing singing birds instruments that also always sort of hypnotic rhythm to it but they call

around as anyways so you can tap into that and make yourself go first with it that's one of the things that will create the atmosphere shall we say within which your language actually has a stronger impact and it's not a little

pieces which we haven't gone yet but you can see how quickly this this transfers if you combine is now with the person transcends you talked about before you start changing of switching the emotions that we have high energy and low energy

and so on we live in a society for example right now where people buy a little-little crackheads of emotions on something called a meter song right about the music industry or they're selling is is

little three minutes sound bites little free minute hits of emotion you have to play it again and again and again to keep hearing or feeling that emotion and some people of course like the words some people just like the sound so if

you have the sound and the words then you consider a particular really gifted person right so as hypnotist why not do the same thing you have to sing them into trance can I guess but if you create a rhythmic thing you put in the

language on top of that you're creating a very powerful very powerful context funny the Irish should be the one to standing up because you have a particular tradition strong island it was in

in the rest of the British Isles although the British are still have quite strongly and that's the bardic tradition right and bars were people basically Walker go around telling the old stories but they had a particular

singsong quality to the way they would tell the epic tales they were designed to be a normal thing to stop people into it it was the original movie theater right when cinema didn't exist the cinema was inside a mind that's where

always existed and it required extra skill for someone to be able to to open up that mental movie screen we have people really live the epic adventures and so on and that's one of things that hypnotist we have to do we're gonna

bring experiences to life and you're not paying attention to the rhythm that you're creating all the emotional content that you're creating then the word alone wondered that's why it's so difficult to read a book out loud or

novel out loud and have the same impact as when you're reading it because what you're responding to when you're reading it is a mental imagery and when someone read it out loud unless they're really well trained

actors really thought through the actual words and how to bring it to life it doesn't come to life in the same way to get the idea go ahead and it was a strange go sir I for us we have three different rhythms

even for me it was a there's something going faster and they're slower even and spent her and houses every few words and after i was first and then he used my love them because I with the his rhythm and I just

the same as you didn't hear any anything as because I just yeah I was really good it is a very powerful thing you guys enjoying this video rhythms right again remember we expose you to some different ideas you don't have to do everything it

can happen at once i think people mind my pop but if you keep you remember we're learning if you remember the key moments that you've had and you just make it a concerted effort to introduce them more more to eat your daily

conversations you'll just become more interesting as a person easier to listen to and of course as soon as you start switching into something more agnostic or then off they go back to the land of fairies right

ok guys so you enjoy that let's go here first think we have enough time for that ya never going to be pleased when I was ok how can we read packing which is that can have the other mike leigh's da mic receive enthusiasm

helps right so you could view them had some fun times I presume yeah we enjoyed some of the transit you've been going through and then every time every excess is zone out more i can write these exercises owns you are a bit

more than one before that right yeah give you give me an example next to that zone you are very nicely this one with the white schools right I had to matching the waves where I was speaking

and after that when Ben was talking to me device again here and i have had very good you see it happening already so there you are the waves yeah and then spends their you have to

listen to the waves that's right to listen to the waves with Ben's voice right and that's right all the way now the waves friends voice listening all the way now all the way now all the way I tried

that's right and once you're there you can really enjoy this state as i speak elsewhere for a while you can try turning his mic off it might be down in your code there's something that happens all the way in here that goes beyond any

written you've known whenever you learn something the knowledge comes in waves and your skills comes in waves and I wonder when you'll discover those waves of learnings that you've been

making here will be when you wave hello to your friends back home will be when you wave goodbye after having had a most pleasant interaction will be when you just have a sense of being carried on the crest of the wave throughout your

life especially important times I like you to sit here for a while and really learn from this wave where you after wave so that you know that it most in conversation notices will be easy for you and you won't know but it's time for

you to come back until your eyes tell you by fluttering open by themselves getting ready to enjoy and experience other waves in your life meanwhile you just get to sit there and enjoy this wave of learnings being

integrated into you and those rock'n'roll how you doing excuse me yeah well thanks very much for coming up here was a real pleasure me too i believe that you have any questions before we release into the

wild type of question you mind sitting here just for a few minutes let's just change your mic out because it seems that this was doing a lot of kissing so what I'll take this one then this one

off and then Eric wherever you want to grab the other mic yakap did you just get a double-arm catalepsy before you even went into transplant if ya cuz it's the easiest phenomenal for me and when I was so working with fan i will i was

using a lot of body language about this wave is going here to the beach faster and then slowly going back and was when I when someone is speaking here to me and I'm really concentrate about what's with you about another person then using

my hands just stop okay and it's just the way I didn't expect a great thanks thanks thanks i just don't have a question sorry I just thought you might like to give us a wave

haha any other questions for Yoko well let's release him into the wild and thank you very much goodnight applause guys there's a fun little demonstration of a very oh you have a question for us

yeah didn't pass the mic down here it's just a really quick question I'm is there an ideal or optimal patent to that with a minute speech because the one that I had always advise was 45 rpm on a metronome develop that with them

and discipline I don't know fast yr just asking your question you know we get all kinds of weird / technical specifications in our industry you know if you if you are focused on the left earlobes upper

quadrant and whatever I don't here's my here's my take on these things number one I as far as I know there's actually no research whatsoever to justify anything like that on it's just a question of personal bias and we came up

with winos bother print something so complex when you have something much more sophisticated inside you which is called an unconscious mind and your ability to to check in with other person to see the result is so much better then

pretty much anything else that machines can do at this point so you'll be able to you should be able to find the written that respond to the best if you're going to slow up slow down and speed up a little bit slow down you'll

find that sweet spot with a really truck and then use that we stay right so yeah i don't i don't think you have to go and artificially force yourself to go down in particular RPM like that it might be interesting to train yourself to do that

just to have the skill of doing it like when I was practicing these transfer Adams what I used to do is I used to listen I still do sometimes I listen to music I'm going to be stirring music suddenly quiet music something classical

something to be head-banging rock and it only had emotional content for me I could get in sync with the music and then I will attempt to speak over it having a normal conversation like those on the phone or something

whilst maintaining that rhythm shall we say so they can't hear the music but they can hear me but I hear music and so i can speak in riddles of that doesn't make sense for the excesses that we have in the a.m conversation with his

master DVDs but it's this is a simplified version of that and in time you'll have a repertoire rhythms that you like using and I'll work for different context so yeah I don't need I don't think it's necessary to to limit

yourself to one particular rhythm that's probably worth playing within the Stingray take to the other questions for me alright so what we just did there is another part of bringing experiences to

life called the reunification which basically means bringing back to life of an experience right motor it's not a particularly complex idea the way we've done it just now does not fit into a conversation you realize that right

having people do this in the middle of a no sales meeting doesn't really fit but it is a useful skill to have and then i can show you how to use it in a regular conversation in time so what I'd like you do is a moment you'll find apartment

side of the group and we'll have one part of the images on the subjects on all i want to do is three things or several things number one you might as well write this up Ashley alright first lien

just going to find out what what what ballpark organ asked about a specific hypnotic experience and everyone here had a very pleasant anodic trance here today no today and in the last two days and only had not have a very pleasant

tomorrow transit great awesome 11 the ones we've had here right why because it makes life easier you can use other experience that I had not in nature but that makes your life a little more complicated and we want to go there

just not just a simple hypnotic experience using an awesome about it and you have to kind of answers you'll have people who are motivated to keep going bar and those who will talk about and you can see could you see with Yoko he

was already pretty much going into trance talking about it right but because in a social context he can't allow themselves going to too much because otherwise you can't continue the conversation and it's and his

unconscious it's going to conflict that point i want to go here but i can go too much because otherwise i won't be able to talk he saw that conflict happens in you you seem not one close his eyes i'll show you talk about that later on but

for a moment you can ask about the inexperienced let them talk about it here's the key thing whenever you get a key phrase that was coming out with us so you may notice personal trans words when you get a set of key phrase that is

really talking about then pause him in terms of key phrases or personal transferred you heard some of your clothes on didn't you what was it wave was a big one wasn't so you heard the word wave want to repeat

that a few times and off you went the other one was his partners name of five points for nothing it was he said then in a particular way that told me that least for this period in time it was also personal transferred because it's

kind of a mark of an experience for him right so then all you do is repeat back to maurico back that keyword or key phrase but doing a notic sort of way for example even though this is wave

right if I say like this is wave i could keep the same level as to this is wave noticed I'm taking the same qualities but i'm being a little more hypnotic with it makes sense i'm ok i'm talking about you being a little bit exaggerated

in this point it's better to go extreme for now and we'll show you how to go take it back a little bit in terms of conversation but now he's going to echo those phrases back he will want to continue his description or she really

wants to continue the description pause them and they're checking with them so you're saying there's this wave is that right yes there is wave repeated several times now there are many ways to repeat something without sounding like

you're repeating yourself but you do want to repeated several times whether it's the wave or just the fact that repeating something several times to repeat myself again to repeat it several times but you get the idea that you can

actually repeat something several times without sounding like you're repeating yourself several times but you really are repeating something several times while still semi conversationally not seeming to repeat something several

times but you are repeating it several times you get the idea and of course usually you'll get three or four of these key phrases and you repeat them one set of phrases at a time right now want to

continue collecting more and you'll compete more and you'll see eventually these trans signals are really accumulating now that the final point you can we got you can go very direct in this point

when you see the enough transitional stacking up to something close your eyes and really think about it enjoy it or whatever you get in so it really was that point give them a few seconds to enjoy and bring back and we'll switch

roles around right I did something different i'll happy talk about that after the exercise if you remind me about that but for a moment order to keep it simple for you guys can we have Mike here we go here plz notice i forget

again it when you were looking at the back of going in and out of trance isn't there like hypnotic and the I flickers it is the idea notice that you go for that don't you aren't dogs 10 things right

could you expand on that your cuz i would like to know more without showing for two top of the exercise enough i'm behind you that always that one over here oh thank you

and the question is an echo keyphrase hypnotically can we use what you did that instead of a way from the ocean to see that you use a wave waving goodbye that you might play a role in those were extra things if you want to do those

things that after they're in a trance right before they go into a trance keep it as clean as possible keep it in the context we're trying to do is to bring that experience to life for them which means

it's dad experience later on you can shift our experience and do other things with it but let's stick with the actual experience first so once the other eyes closed and so on doing it with anything you want within you know ethical reasons

but our before that stick relatively close to their experience and just it's just emphasize those portions of it that were particularly nautic going to be starting off with a relatively simple idea because they've already been in a

trance have already had a hypnotic experience hence it's already set up for success right later I'll show you how to do you use this principle for other things as well

but let's get this one started first and then the other things will be easier go ahead oh ok either it's very difficult to think to understand for me but do you mean from sometimes went people like telling something and they

yeah that's very bored on where they're telling it but when you then ask them hey do you mean debt when you will beat something what they are telling ok and they go further you another time ask him hey but I when I get it well you

mean debt and when you are doing that sometimes they aren't getting much more excited but by telling it their story by you're going to wind himself and go that's one example and that's way more than you need to hear right now or you

could ask him about him not to experience the echo that the key phrases they talk about like oh I was there is a deep breath in my eyes closed I felt great right there's a key phrases so you were

there you were there you were there and you took a deep breath is that right yeah okay deep breath to keep it real simple anything else is to thank you striking the cake over here to set up and will

get my two i canna deserve a memory / of of recalling his Marik performance of a singer count in this isn't as a hit is absolutely all count right now to stick to this specific hypnotic experience they know it's hypnotic because we're

doing an exercise and make your life easier everything you've asked about absolutely works ok that's the next step for a moment a list for this way if you want to do that by all means do so just

realized you're making hot life a little bit more tricky for yourself well I'm just trying to engage in the recording and hypnotic experience that I can have you been here yes I have have you had any hypnotic

experiences in here i believe i have here with a pleasant yes give an example of one that's the one got it I got it you see how quickly work guys came around a closed the problem is everyone

does every day it's just they don't realize they're doing it and so they missed the moment you'll see the link on this moment when you went right into it and you pop back out again to talk about it or have to do is keep him there long

enough for it to take over let's say it is really really simple unless you want to complicate it for yourself and doing an overhead not experience is the easiest starting point all these other things are asking about

absolutely works it's just it is because more conversational it just adds a little layers of of complexities all right guys so tight around find a partner and quality so we can get ready to start together actually know what you

want to have three minutes for this fall three off 712 i don't know i'm gonna give you guys four minutes and if you find yourself done much earlier than that so formal peace you have fun stuff down in two minutes

just go for the hypnotic blitz and just tell me nice things about them their life they used to use of Knossos for the rest of the time and then bring them back and then they have a go make sense you guys all right guys your time starts

now that Mike's ready please I was that guy that you find interesting who find that easier to do that you just think about anyone do you see stop thinking thinking is something you do after you've had experiences or something

worth thinking about things and you do after you finish doing you don't try and think and do the same time there are two opposite dichotomies that interfere with each other's right the best do is have done all the thinking before they

started doing or are for this are doing so that the next time we do something it gets better that's how we learn we do and we think about what we've done and we think about what we will do then we do it and but

what we're doing we're not doing very much thinking always we can do it to get the idea we two separate always use our mental mechanisms in the the way they were designed to be used go ahead over there in the back so my

partner seem to be having a little bit of trouble kind of getting a page plus at first and then one of the things that is that I said was you talking about a previous experience that I will shut down and then right at the very last

second you know I mean I was kind of phasing out and entrancing out a little bit and then all of a sudden she just said down and I was and there was is great so just want to say awesome job well done

yeah i can run both for that over here on the other side just noticed when i was doing with my eyes and he talked about feeling his shoulders and attention just drifting away and M so that was what I used to talk him through

the trance I've had a problem my shoulder it's been sore all day it's an old football injury yeah and i just realized that it's actually gotten right now at the moment PAP sheep exactly the wonderful benefit

of being a hypnotist you actually do a lot of cell therapy if you're doing this by going first how can you not become a better person watching therapy with someone else no therapeutic training but she had the

influence process is supposed to all to you just as much as it does them right the good news is provided you got your ethics screwed on right the gift that you get will be just as good as gift you're giving right it's an

actual incentive in doing a good job and being a force for good in the world right into therapy in the room honey perhaps once again to put your hands up you have two choices because I've been through both versions of it you can

either the end of the day take home all your clients problems and be miserable as a result of it it's not very pleasant way of doing it I've done that and it's very empathetic and the emphasis is on pathetic

the other version is where you grow right along with your clients because you're so absorbed in the session that you're doing that the capacitors are there getting the emotional release the chain and so on its something getting

also so you actually big us being paid for personal therapy it's nice right so congratulations discovering a nice little hidden one hidden parts of it notices any other comments just stand up we're going to make to you

yeah when I was experienced this trance kevin i think the most effective thing he done was about halfway through where he just changed his tone and became quieter and it it just has a significant effect that didn't realize before just

how much you wanted to hear his voice and I just relaxed even more so good to hear excellence so when he switched on this transfer in his hypnotic voice suddenly everything else was doing became even more powerful right here

yes excellent well done so you begin to understand now why we spent so much time focusing on this plus the mindset because it it changes your whole performance qualities and that intercourse crisis wonderful context the

scenery in which your play set and of course when your scenery is good enough then even bad acting it's forgiving somewhat right questions over here this lady I just wanted to say i wanted to thank

Alan I don't know if he's already was a hypnosis hypnotic therapy beer therapist before he came here I'm I'm very easily hypnotized but i have never known as deep as i just did there few more doesn't go it was he just

picked up and we're done and he really yeah you're more thank you and your partner could you change the walls yeah haha so on a lot is possible in a relatively short time isn't it that was four minutes then it seemed

like forever begin to understand now why we spent so much time pushing you the beginning right because if you if I might want to some of the first kind of schools will notice that went into I'd spend a good 40 45 minutes just doing a

relaxation induction relax your eyes relax your head relax your shoulders relax your fingers like your leg like that owed by the end of it i think i bought them into trance morning else there's nothing wrong with progressive

relaxation induction by the way it's just you don't need to take an hour to do it you do a perfectly adequate job in four minutes or three minutes 42 minutes of course you guys have a little more priming going on but even so once you

know what you're doing you can create that context it's virtually instantaneous it's all about creating our context which is what we spend so much time developing him the other comments or questions and what you've

done so far just up and get the micro video no sorry what I find is when i'm doing induction with somebody it's actually had forget about them and they go into myself

yes just and I have to pull myself back to keep an eye on them or whatever yeah well that's useful so you're good at going first which is excellent now the second part of that is performing with it right so keeping

talking and undeserving and so on but yeah I mean if it's up to this point you're leaving used to go into the hypnosis room when you're in a deep trance yourself you need to start storing some more things in their skills

like being able to talk and maneuver and have a certain type of thinking not the normal thing that you're aware of that you can actually do your job as well actually have the impact that you want it was really actually but they do go in

the coming back and forget where i am and then the whole thing's going then well it's for this we provided that you are a still talking with a person and be getting the results that you want doesn't matter and if you're not getting

one of those two that you need to just pull it back enough that you have enough consciousness a left to steer yourself down the path you want to go in but a number of conversations I've had with the end of it and it was actually

enduring it I know exactly what's going on literally the second it's over if someone asks will just happen although i don't know i read i just have no idea it's kind of like you know you wake up

something from a dream which is very vivid and once you're lying that you know exactly the dream was you open your eyes you go this is an amazing dream what happened I don't know it was an amazing dream it

won't reach the second ago with it yeah but I don't know so yeah it can happen don't know what gets into everything ya ever alright guys I think this is a happy place in which to have their

little paws for us let's take 15 minutes is now going 22 is back be back here tend to i will start of 52 ok
