alright guys welcome back how was lunch
good we've been learning some things right this couple things to do before we finish up today with you guys the first one is to talk about the idea of frame control they're essentially three kinds
of frames i want to talk about there's lots of different ways of dealing with frame control but the three I want to talk about our pre frames reframes and d frames first of all let's have a chat about
what we mean by frame control how do you understand what something means I'll report you are reports you the context of the content of a conversation that's even making meaning of him will you know of any idea what's going on there
there's no context is that right without knowing the context you have no idea what it means right let's have let's imagine we have two guys standing at a bar ones holding the bottle shaking a little bit saying will you
the guy says no understand what's going on now let's try another version let's say you're there is a couple of the restaurant and the dessert trolley just comes past and the waiter says will you
and they say no different scenario right now the scenario man on his knees with a little box open says will you heartbreaking isn't it but just think about this exact same conversation means totally different things based on what
context or frame you put around it another example is from the home study course you're driving a car you're standing at the traffic lights of the lighter red and your hear a siren and memory memory see an ambulance with its
lights on it goes doing party right through the crossroads how do you feel about that alright just to contrast this right in the wake of the ambulance the space made it by the online streaming through as a guy in his
red Ferrari with his you know trophy wife sitting next to him blonde hair streaming the wind rock'n'roll playing in the the car stereo and he goes through the same red traffic light right behind the trigger
the ambulance how do you feel about that good right like good on you well done that's a break the law same event but very different reputation isn't it let's leave we can do some frame control
about those events and see we can change your emotional reaction the ambulance as it's being across the the the crossroads you see the back door swing open there's a bunch of students in the back getting drunk and partying they just all the
evidence of fun to change your reaction what if i tell you that the the man driving the car that's his wife and their she's pregnant she fell down some stairs he's rushing out to hospital to say the
baby we just change your opinion of the whole thing who is getting a sense that controlling the frame in a conversation might be of importance anyone so the three kinds of frames that I'd like introducing here
today are free from the reforms and befriends a pre frame is basically a frame you present before the information so that in so that it into all the information itself is interpreted in relationship to it when i get a little
mint their little scenario man on his knees with a little box in his hand that's open that's creating a frame for you isn't it is a cultural frame you you say that is someone who I know we're up in the
jungles of South America it might not mean the same thing to them you know what box but was doing I don't know but you made a leap to conclusions for the context of that situation is and so the situation the the actual words mean
something different right so freeform anything you Yusei ahead of time to color or transform the way someone will understand something a reframe is something you do after the effect when it's already gone wrong addy frame is
particularly interesting in my opinion because you make the problem irrelevant it's kinda like a reframe but rather than actually changing their opinion of it it just becomes irrelevant i'll give you some examples of this
I think the idea of the preform let's say you're selling houses right i prefer might be something like along the lines of what kind of neighborhood looking for looking for something for a budget but you know it's not a city nice or looking
to spend some money for the kind of place that you didn't know the kind of quality place looking for and they say Archie Moore budget today or I'm looking for i'm looking to spend some money for a quality place right now whatever they
choose they pre frame themselves have a name then i go to her house and go water like this very much will you chose the budget route this is kind of what comes with the territory right simpletech similarly if they go them the
nice erigol this great house but it costs too much I thought you said you wanted to spend money on a place that's nice we want to go to the other end of town to get the idea and a reframe you're
going to change their perception of the event and this is something went up he was quite nice a description of it there's two reframes that dopey like me distinction of those different ways of doing this but these are very useful
ways of looking at it they talk about context the meaning reframes you don't have to remember the labels what's important is the general idea in a context reframe you basically change the contact you find out where would
this actually be useful right here's an example of the context-free frame again this is for more the NRP books father comes into the fair therapist and says you go change my daughter she's far too willful and stubborn and the therapist
essentially says you know you're right you should bring her straight away and we can fix them so when she's 16 years old and seeing the back of a car with a young man she'll do exactly at what she's told
do you think you can hear the refrain there right you can't quite look at a stubborn as the same way more Kenny the meaning reframe again from the annals of enthalpy which again is a very nice
example event I think let Cameron bandwidth this one is back in the sixties and seventies whereas the seventies when remember shag pile carpet that were apparently pain to maintain this woman is obsessed with having the
perfect shag pile carpet all the strands going the right way and she's getting she's getting infuriated when a family walks in the footprint because it means hours moving this thing right infuriated by it so the therapist can
lead it for a nice little visualization like you know you see the perfect house and there's your liver your carpets beautiful everywhere hair in the right direction is all perfectly angled not a footprint inside and that means that
everyone you love has gone ouch so why not put a few footprints on there to let you know that home to feel the impact of the reframe yeah just and the nature of reframes addy frame basically
makes the the objection the idea relevant right in in therapy can begin is very useful your therapist will be actually useful in everyday life as well just repeating example came to mind anything but in the room again just
hands up now you'll probably come across this right what's the problem I don't know I have a fear of heights great tell me all about it well good for hire and so on but then my grandmother she comes in and she could tell me yo
and every time any and then of course you know what you want to do I get frustrated you got a call from a diatribe right daddy frame is awesome well tell me what was you would try to work on here you going to work through
your fear of heights or being more assertive with your grandmother which is it will have the height so can we put their do the the whole idea with your grandma to one side so we can focus on this and maybe come
back at another time well really but I don't do that that's fine you can do that now or you can deal with this which we want when I want to the heights so you tellin me then that we want to put the grandmother to one
side so you can actually deal with this now we can focus that another time yes now they no longer bring up the grandmother issue together works you can be frame equally well in other situations the sales examples another
one right the house is too expensive well you realize that the neighborhood you've asked for this is the only u.s. neighborhood where you can guarantee your children's safety
so it's up to you have a price tag on your children's safety it's a harsher version i understand but you get the idea the idea of price becomes irrelevant at this point doesn't it to get the idea of those three
different types of frames what I'd like you to do is get into 1i sent to groups of ten just because we'll stay in that in a moment's time for other things as well so all this isn't going to 10 will do a little of cell phone on frame
control them ok so go do that now and we'll come back in a second alright so here's the exercise inside of your group I'd like you to take turns for you know each other each project
turns to come up with a ridiculously extreme totally implausible scenario of doom doom doom and gloom for example my entire family just got wiped out by pygmy munchies to know why so it's an extreme situation right
the job of the other people in your group is to reframe that it is ridiculously extreme away as the actual problem was so the lines of all great at least you'll be saving a lot of money at Christmas
you get the idea now please when I say extreme scenarios or doom and gloom I mean totally unrealistic one please do not have any real content in there from your own life makes sense i want
something extreme that's out there you know aliens ate my hamster and stuff like that you know alright guys if you go so that was a fun party to to do right you getting the center the the principle
behind this right are not already friends will happen instantly like that and be instantly accepted but what if you were to produce the refrain as part of your yes set and you're hijacking process when no comes up because when a
problem comes up really isn't that a indirect way of saying no yeah so what about the study of reframing like you do in your groups right now is take one of those scenarios they gave you know the the monkeys you
know cutting bit of your family or whatever it happens sometimes and knowing that someone is likely to bring that objection up that problem up I like you as a group to brainstorm how can i present my reframe before they
even say anything about this crazy situation so that they can't even bring it up because it has become almost relevant you get the idea to try a little bit of thinking what can I say to introduce this whole topic so that if
someone did have his family tragically massacred by pygmy monkeys they wouldn't bring it up and let me give an example of this that was pretty good example but I know how you said let me give example of this
in a more mundane sorta way I got it from a statement is doing a talk and hypnosis some years ago I had a great great open presentation where system to effect of you know folks people have all kinds of strange idea about what Moses
is more suggestions are many are surprised to find out that the ideas they chose the most are absolutely wrong just take a step back just think about what I've just said that basically i said to you I'm about to say something
about suggestion if you agree with me you're wise in your correct if you disagree with me you're incorrect and a little bit stupid so who wants to take the risk of disagreeing with me now that is
essentially the frame that he presented you get the idea of this understanding of pre framing yeah so your groups just a few minutes bring some just pick one of the more extreme scenarios and brainstorm how can you introduce a topic
where someone did have that problem it would come up but then presented in such a way that they can no longer bring it up if you go as an engaging activity isn't it thinking about the pre frames let me be
22 methods for pre framing one is easier but not as eloquent the one requires more thought but it's actually more eloquent than actually more effective because of it the first method of pre framing is just
basically reframing before it happened so there is you basically bring up the objection yourself so you can handle it in the way that you need to write the the classic one is you know I'm a bachelor can do it very expensive area
here now tell me now if you can't afford that a house in a nice area right here that you have the reform in there i put it more bluntly see it's more obvious but the idea is once we get there too late for you to start moaning about the
price essentially right so basically all the reframes you came up with beforehand let's talk about their Christmas presents one you know it doesn't have a very simple blonde version it might be you know we talk about when we talk
about family stuff that now you happen to have a family because I got murdered by pygmy monkeys just consider the fact that Christmas will be a lot easier for you know right so I'm richly reframing it before they had a chance to actually
bring it up themselves to get the idea to another one or give me some give me a problem that i might come across go ahead it's a meteorite hits me 2i hits your family home and you're outside or tending to the car right it gets
wiped out great I don't need your ID figure out your family home the old man is dead and the refrain that we did is we talked about and well this was our idea at least we said well and some nature is a cruel and
fickle beast there are many things that happen outside of our control the seasons come and go and then that might be a way that you could say well it's completely natural Act yeah there was nothing that could be
done safer well that could be one of the more subtle version the pre frame i'm actually think more blunt one remember we're doing this in the context of a ridiculous scenario hence we're trying to make it good we just make it funny
right so let's take that he Ritt meteorite hit my house whole family's dead great not only will you save money on taxes in your house but money on the Christmas to write that might be the reframe now use that idea at a pre frame
right use that is a pre frame then you might say that I going to welcome to the meteorological association of whatever if you're lucky enough to have had your house destroyed by meet you well just consider the fact that a you
will be in the record books because it happens very rarely be you will have saved a ton of money on taxes and see if you found it was inside you will be saving a ton of money at Christmas to right now realize we've chosen an
extreme situation in order to be able to give an extreme and ridiculous reframe that it requires very little skill at this point what I asked you to do this in the real world in terms of something like that know when someone's family
gets wiped out by meteorites a you're not going to go into like all instantly from okay i know exactly make you feel better right this is I hope you realize not how it works right
this is purely an exercise to get you thinking along the lines of how can you take a situation and turn it on the other side right for real issues it will require a little more subtle thinking but how on earth are you going
to get the point of refining it to the subtle thinking if you haven't grasped the concept on a more gross level to get the idea so I'm going to encourage you again number one take a problem that is ridiculous extreme you're not laughing
at the problem because it's ridiculousness you haven't got the right problem that's the first thing number to your reframes should be equally ridiculous earlier on your laughing quite happy about them
right that's exactly what should be number three your pre frames should be just as ridiculous as your reframes works in fact you could be using them in other words if there's no amusement value in terms of the exercise you're
missing the point you're just getting used to the structure in terms of how to move frames from one reference point or another whilst you're totally fine the content irrelevant because otherwise you're
asking yourself to do too much to start with you get the idea so what I like to do now very quickly in your groups is come up again with a ridiculous idea take turns coming up with ridiculous reframes and once you find one you find
particularly enjoyable see them convert that reframe to a pre frame by bringing the objection of yourself reframing it before the other person has a chance to it to get the idea yeah alright guys let's do it again if
you go okay he's having a good time without enjoying that that's a little bit better this is the having fun with this is going to get you much further than taking it too seriously to start with you just wanna get used to the the
feel of moving around different ideas like this the final exercise in the series 11 you play with is this is d framing and reframing remember we're making the problem irrelevant right I'll give you a real
sonari actually my brother has happened to him some years ago now he was driving along and got into a minor traffic accident like a fender bender right and the woman whose car he had she was furious and she's coming out you like
the the with fire spitting out of her mouth and and claws ready to scratch and she was ready to just really do some kind of emotional damage i think and quick as a flash get out of the car looks at all consented
oh my god are your children ok she stops the tracks looks in the car looks back and goes yes they are thank you they change details and was no ordinary pleasant situation but all the bureau was about to issue was totally refused
to get the concept of addy frame you're making the problem irrelevant just spent two minutes in your groups again with a ridiculous problem but figure out a way of essentially reframing it so that the problem is irrelevant not that its
context was meaning has changed you get the idea of you go ok guys who has more of a sense of how frame control works now yes do take the time to play this game just the ridiculous version of it
because what you're doing is you're creating a mental mindset that start switching information around to look at other ways to look at information and also anticipate problems and figure out ways ahead of time how to deal with
these problems before they come to inoculate against them to get the idea is a very useful thing particularly pre framing is one of the most useful things or tools in your tool kit as a conversation hypnotist because it allows
you to avoid problems before they even begin it's totally invisible if you did well you get the idea so I do now is just to finish up the training is to give you one last the only process you think
you'll enjoy in order to do this I'm gonna ask you to find one person in your group to work with and you'll be working with them for several cycles so if you don't like them to choose them so go ahead and choose a partner
it's still not very clear in my mind that the distinction between reframing Andy framing and seemed ok I've got a lot of bleed over at weldability either you'll happy that's quite all right in the sense that these are all artificial
distinctions anyways think of d framing is a special kind of reframing in which you're making the problem basically irrelevant in reframe you look at the problem another way so still within the context of the
situation the problem has something they're indie framing it no longer exists the masses of the framing our politicians because they'll never answer the question you've asked them to answer
questions they wish you had asked them right so let's take an example say someone's got a general education and your interview asking them so we're going to fix the economy go well you know when
you understand the economy is made up of people and we need to basically fix educational system because then we'll have the right people doing the work so that's really address the educational system that's where the problem is that
right so he's basically reframed the idea of the economy going to part by defriend making it irrelevant and refocusing it on something that's more relevant in his allies which is educational to get the idea so it's just
another type of reframe but it's important enough to separate out because you're really making the objection irrelevant to help ok so you're always the partners is that correct
anyone not have a partner ok so here's what you want you to do we're gonna spend literally 10 seconds 20 seconds chatting to each other perhaps your partner disappeared in the void the way the first year and are easy
so the first round is just literally 20 seconds normal chat just as we did before lunch easy off you go easy to do right keeping you here before so the next one is we're going to be
moving the yes it around a little bit i don't want you to switch your age plus on yet although you can do start doing a little bit of it if you want once you're having a chitchat I want you to test the mindset of your partner i
want you to test it and by looking for unconscious yeses and how easy they are to get not the conscious ones although you can throw some of those in as well you're testing for compliance how willing other to follow along with you
when you give information right don't make information extreme just get a sense of how this is this person or over all bangla cantankerous little resistance is a little bit difficult to talk to or as smooth as it easy is it
generally agreeable person you're testing their mindset to see how active a critical factors in here after three days of hypnosis chances are it's gonna be pretty compliant right
however you still want to get used to this idea of doing these tests as part of the conversation so you'll know what are you gonna focus on that makes everyone so i just spent 30 seconds of peace where one person to put your hand
up your the hypnotist you're still engaging and chitchat you're going backwards and forwards it's just Jordan most the testing right now and then the 30-second mark they'll be nice for testing make sense if you go
ok that was easy right I noticing that she rather be subtle things as to whether or not they're agreeing with you little change in their facial expression will change under the tonality their voice how easily they let you dropped
these are all compliance that something good the next level is once you've got enough compliance going to satisfy yourself that the that their critical factor is at least a medium pace not a very high
level then you can switch on your h plus i make sure you at this point i want you to lock I contact and keep eye contact if they look away that's fine but you're still looking at their eyes if they haven't been looking up after that
continue within a chance to fill chitchat but with more qualities make sense so we'll give you a minute apiece for that okay so far so easy right so the question is what happens if your
compliance test fails what are you then i can switch on your h+ straight away if you can do a little bit of it but if you do too much they're gonna go they're going to basically critically analyze or critically factor in the were you doing
while you're looking me this is a risk you run right so you turn on a little the h plus a little bit and kind of fractionated however the things i recommend you do the things you already know how to do which is collect yeses in
different ways is somewhat critical factors high that you can still come up with information that they have to say yes to because within whatever they can agree with already right you also have the questioning
hijacking cycle remember that works really well with only very small amount of h+ in terms of you still get the conversation going to ask him about that you find something within that to agree with and then you go back to loop back
to the yes and so on the idea the other thing you can do which is part of the we just a moment ago this is where pre frames and reframes become very valuable right let me use a classic example a hypnosis or can be hypnotized
right well how come all people with the only people too weak mind can be hypnotized right so then you can stop doing that I do refill briefing oh well believe it or not or did you know that it actually requires more intelligence
unit is to not write their little little mining pre frame there or refund their other versions of my time it might be too if you hear a little bit cantankerous before I see that hypnosis session again you know before we started
notices a lot of people come in here and they think they can be hypnotized well they don't realize of courses that happens every time now unless you're unless you are incapable of falling asleep and learning
anything then you have been in a trance before that's the only way to assimilate information you don't mean by that so you hear the pre frame going on there in terms of reframe one thing I really love to do especially it works well as a
hypnotherapist and i'll share this one with you is to take advantage of the incongruity in the context let me give an example what i mean by this your therapist client comes in sits down it was a problem smoker 30 years
whatever great so you start your to quit well I don't like me hypnotized oh that's wonderful what on earth to come a book a session with him a therapist for become hypnotized keep me here the incongruity there
oh well I thought maybe you could help well that part of you that thought it might help what you tryin what is what is what is that thing behind that well if i could get to that part where you know I could make all these changes
that will be great excellent let's d frame let's put the other rest of you to one side for a moment and focus on that part of you the one that made you come in here because obviously despite
the fact that you don't believe it'll work you're still here you must be pretty powerful to see how work with this understand the importance of pre framing and reframing in this case rd framing
the incongruity of situation yes you get the idea you have enough software to get things going with you basically started rolling the critical factor enough that when you can get to the h plus the more overt intense gaze
but with a very friendly mannerisms they're less likely to to pop out and go what are you doing what why look at me like this i may not make me feel comfortable and so on right the next thing I want to look into is
whether you've done it before or not we're gonna go right back into collecting some yeses why because the more the merrier the more yeses you get the better we'll be right when i say this of course you can still use all of
your language skills so your language software is your power world you're trans seems all this sort of stuff will fit very nicely within the yes that area get the idea any questions alright a woman a piece
off you go so so much that was so far so good now the next cycle again we're gonna start from the beginning with the chitchat all the way through to these things I want you to choose a specific context
specific idea in terms of influencing for now let's make it simple and the idea that you want your partner to feel confident to use conversation notice when they go home just a simple framework if you'd rather do something
else by all means do so but use that as your default if you can't think of anything else to do right now make sense yeah we're gonna start again the same chitchat and of course your chat you're tested for compliance but
also getting some information about how they're feeling in general and so on switch on your h+ lock your gaze start grabbing or getting some yeses from them or use your language and so on the next one you do is work your way into the
piggyback principle in particular you're a piggyback in ideas or pre frames around the idea in this case of confidence or whatever else would fit the situation you have in mind you get the idea the reason will give
you a context because otherwise you have no idea what prelims to make his three friends relate to a context and we're clear on that let's give you let's give you a minute and a half of this once you have a
little bit longer to play around with that alright guys if you go okay so far so easy right so gonna have the same make it a little bit longer now two minutes apiece same
conversation again same sort of steps going to go through this time step I want to emphasize so you can still hit those steps but of course just move them a bit more quickly this time we're going to emphasize this time is I want you to
revisit if I some positive emotion that could be of use to you in this context so of course we give you the content with being confident with nurses so Daddy of confidence in general is useful here what are they really confident
playing tennis scuba diving swimming whatever it is right maybe you have enthusiasm enjoyment of something whatever emotion would support them here however you don't need to make any attempt to use it yet
all you do is review fired so you can have the personal transforms or president transfers rather so you collect those for later use that make sense everyone the use of hot words as part of your rehabilitation process
especially if it's in the beginning to kind of get them into the swing of things might be of great value to you or you might use a hot words earlier on doing the pre frames to kind of warm up to the idea of more of an emotional
experience you get the idea again yep two minutes apiece for in total off you go okay guys so we're done quite a bit of stuff here so far haven't we realize of course that we're putting together as a
system here for you as a as well as another way of seeing all the skills you've done so far right you don't always have to use everything but another way of putting together what you've done in a very conversational
sort of format the bit i'm really interested in as far as this last little piece goes is the next step what I want you to do is introduce the idea just the concept of a conscious mind an unconscious mind in a way that has two
things number one it does not use those words number two it fits the nature of the conversation you're having with this person right would like make an example of that kind of thing I mean like what that i will give an example however on
the provider you will not use it right so the more examples you ask of me unless you actually have so we've talked about your confidence and so on and you know it's almost like there's something the front of your mind that once the
compliment doesn't know how and the back of your mind you've always had a conference in certain places you know when you're playing tennis certification you failed the conference you wanted there but
always in the back of my mind isn't it yeah we're going to talk about him frontline back mind these are metaphors to symbolize the conscious and unconscious and there are a million others although i'm not sure this
actually number that way or another example that you can't use or you either just the going to it yeah you're gonna be a part of people i know you guys can do this exercise and afterwards we'll to come up with the
list of things you can do here alright guys so we're saying before you start before you start in order to be able to emphasize this element here i'm going to ask you to do all these other parts here more quickly because you have
to spend as much time on them now and to ensure that you focus on this rather than the rest we're gonna give you a minute and a half each off you go then I go without eating fun
what kind of metaphors yet for the content in the unconscious mind one part other part 1 versus other part inside was outside so we had awareness versus what non awareness we're going to the one on awareness at this point we logic
vs up emotion knowing not knowing you know you know so it on/off word on offstage so unconscious up here and unconscious on the header getting my credibility beat understanding that the question that the
student comment was they were potentially my partner's potentially looking to maybe do some shows writer so I was using the example of when you're offstage all the preparation work that you do there will the thinking all of
the matter of the planning and when you get on stage activates this a different experience for you so the auction i got the idea let you order you some interesting ideas that came with that idea thinking and planning right what is
it was thinking compared to knowing or being right what's planning compared against doing right what other things you have yeah I i used the fact that I said that brain scans these days showed that
different parts of the brain like to the brains all different types of the punching they go part of the brain to see that we've gotta a really kind of a long list of possibilities and this is just the beginning there's lots of other
things you can do right your logic was intuition you have a second instinct vs thinking so there's another way of changing the dichotomy in here and so on it's less important that you memorize
his list is more important to understand the concept of how this is created because then you can create the metaphors that will fit any conversation that you have so that they can the sense of this idea of constant contact mind
without directly having to address it and by the way talking in terms of constant unconscious minds is appropriate in many contexts just not all of them get the idea so we're gonna do with all this we go through this
again Chad little bit of in for testing goes straight to your gaze locked their eye contact use your language yes and so on your pre friends about
conference refine it a little bit introduce the idea the conscious mind and the unconscious mind just as you've done what I want you to do now is you know rift around the idea that the conscious mind whatever you had for that
the one part of the mind is what the problem is that the unconscious mind or the other part of the back of the mind or so on is what the solution is that all the resources whatever you wanna call that you get the idea so we go rift
is around between that now here is a little secret will make your life easier are you are you interested all the stuff you learned here is a conscious or unconscious right there may be aware of it but they don't know how they do it
you get the idea of this makes actually life very easy because the problem with story they told you in the church phase well I'm not sure we're going to use at home or not or we're gonna be doing it right
the solution part well the roof occasion helps without if not you can actually some throw some other things in there on top of that right the last thing I am the last thing that you can do in the same step here it's
all kind of party same thing is actually very easy to do them to think about is to realize that the things you can do and this things you can do because sometimes you try doing things the properly and don't come out the right
way and sometimes when you don't even try it just happens it is strange that something just letting go makes it easier I'm not saying that you can't think about stuff i think is an important
point we thought about enough that when it's time to start doing something properly you already know you're doing it properly yes of course you just engaged completely the task you are doing now I
realize you may have some concerns about you know can I do all this stuff is just so much to keep in my mind and think about this and I'm trying to do this sort of thing and so on and just realize that you don't have to do it you can do
it when you don't think so to the extent the try it well by all means you can play with laura robust effect if you like or you can enjoy it and just notice what comes out you get the idea now I've overemphasized as I caught me but you
understand the pattern don't you this is a kind of a triple-layer hypnotic voice you have your regular chat voice your general hypnotic voice you have naturally lay on top of that which is you which is reserved for
special instructions the unconscious do you understand the nature of the following exercise yes we're partners I'm gonna give you two whole minutes to play with that I know it's a generous a alright guys off you go
the final step and this is actually step that is is true of any pretty much any kind of influence process you go check whether it worked or not right so you either want to check what they have some kind of a positive expectation what's
going to happen or some kind of action and here i would recommend this is one of the one of the big mistakes that people make is they ask for too much get them to just a small step something simple to get started with this want to
get started consciously don't want my can fill in the rest automatically is an example most people hate doing the dishes you know pushing up and so on but if you ask them to do something simple like he just
organized 30 dishes so these steps back up the plates here and the folks there and so on well that's an easy thing to do isn't it once start stacking things while the minus was not wiping down the weapon
some Downworld hands are wet now so might as well get a couple plates as well and that might as well factor can continue to go on and grow especially if you've been using some kind of prevarication in your process to repair
them to get the idea so I'd like you to quickly change partners please now so here's the here's the last thing you'll do this is an easy one would like you to do is spend about religious formulas check the person so eight minutes in
total and just talking about what they plan on doing when they got home with her stuff right and just see what happens you ready if you go how do i go have fun with that
so what kind of things did you do what kind of experience or surprises set up another mike i don't know what i was doing haha but with the result really good a great result I get it BB with the more about that
because he was i was working with came in so it was my interpretation that is what's really good about the documents a more about that with a good it was finally I was good it was just we were just going to really experience that
we've had here and the personal am the personal experience I felt privileged the people's could share with me right and it was that part I think that have enjoyed the most awesome fantastic congratulations
what else you got notice setup we you want to hug the mic button this has been very very significant and for the certain sisters in the room that might have been through similar experience I realize working with Karsten that I've
been seven ties in myself in the last probably you're very negatively so I'd very profound experience of bury my husband at the training in the club and I had this just expansive was all it was this incredible shift in consciousness
and everything then very grateful for this side effect unfortunately has been and I copter that when I was speaking with you Carson I kept using words like massive big expanding and I've been putting on weight and you alarming race
it's been freaking me house and it was like boom was like oh my god I've literally is like I'm making space my body for the profound experience in series is something that's been a virtual thing not a reality it's like
I'm getting bigger to incorporate you encapsulate this experience has been very strange i don't want to do with the jazz I'm hope it'll make a difference but that's been massive again sorry its haha it's getting smaller
good alright guys who have a little bit cooked yeah who enjoyed that last session by the way he surprised himself how much he knows his stuff came out without even trying
do not understand the importance of a small step rather large one I could ask you to do all of this yeah you can do it but it's asking for a small step you go in with an expectation of yag do that it's easy and then all
the staff you know will come out now consider what this means for you when you go home sooner or later you'll be going home and probably sooner than later and when you do find yourself at home you might reflect back and all
these things you've learned and look at this stuff this is all just one day to this seem overwhelming almost when you look at it consciously but of course you've been doing all this stuff without having to
think about it too much and did it all come out we had to do just one simple thing have a chat intend for something good to happen which switches on your age plus does it not your tonality shifts your voice shifts your ideas
shift your language shift and sooner or later you find yourself in a very intimate kind of conversation we're doing things and saying things that you've done in here and said in here but had no plan on doing so ahead of time
because they fit now not then people are often too much of a hurry to say what's on their mind instead of being now enough to use on the other person's mind as the raw materials to shape a wonderful trance process
something that will influence and change them for the rest of their life you've all had many interactions in here at least one of those interactions was so pleasant or profound or delightful or insightful that you are happy the person
influence in that way are you not the grateful for the person for taking the time to influence you that would real influence is when you are a force for good in the world and you help people achieve what they are trying to achieve
and even the process you get more of what you want also is not what a win-win is all about and isn't that what all the people that you influence will be deeply grateful to you for having taken the time to do so
so why wouldn't you want to influence more people if you really are this force for good just consider all the people that have touched your life whose lives you have touched
consider all those people whose lives you have yet to touch and be touched by and realize that all you need to do is intend for something really positive to happen that intention turns the light on inside of your hypnosis room your h plus
and is not when your magic flows you wouldn't need to know exactly what to do before you started it's enough that you begin with your age plus and just have a chat simple conversation like conversations that
you've had throughout your lifetime and you can trust your unconscious mind will find the right words phrases techniques frames tools suggestions to transform the situation into something better
a person who uses hypnosis is like that will surely look forward to each and every opportunity for them to use these skills again and again in an appropriate way which is to say as a real force for good in other people's lives really look
forward to that because when they transform you will transform right along with them that is in nature of relationships is it not by helping those around you lift up the next level you'll be following right
along with them so by all means allow your mind to wander through the last three days that I felt like so much longer than that the simple things the trans signals language softness power words transforms the interesting things
the h plus your personal trans theme the natural rhythm the instant rapport the nautic days you're not a voice the principles like the agreement and the yes sets the piggyback principles and the pre frames the authority
the techniques like a real education that contrasts unconscious association you just practiced and realize you have a very rich repertoire of tools techniques and abilities inside of you and even if you were only going to use a
small portion of them your ability to influence would go far beyond anything it wasn't the past of course you and I both know all those tools are now at the unconscious level of experience that have you not
which means the just using one of them anyone no matter how small we'll throw the unconscious doorways wide open to allow everything else to come out so the only question you need to ask yourself is which of all these
tools techniques or ideas is the simplest or the easiest one for you to remember consciously as the door handle the let everything else out did not make your life easier so that happy thought
the only thing that's really remains for me to do is to thank each of all of you for taking the time to come here thinking about busy lives busy weekend's take part in all these exercises has been a lot of work being done hasn't
