Decision Making Process

ccsubs.com ..so what's going on what we make a decision which what's really happening that first thing to understand and it's very very counter-intuitive is that all over decisions are not logical we think that they are but they're really not much the more that scientists study the brain and how your mind works the more that they're starting to realize and understand that are only touches per our conscious minds are really a kind storytelling device that makes stuff up to fit our already decisions I know this is kinda hard will swallow for a lot of people but the science is really showing that that's really how it behaves sheesh and all over decisions are unconscious that means they have been be four our conscious mind even knows about it and they've done experiments with each take someone in the hook up a bunch of electrodes in a study older your brain electricity and stuff and they can't measure when the brain is is getting fired up in Iran's you're getting fired up in with the brain City I'm signals to the muscles and the muscles church RG getting ready to book sheesh and what happens is they have a person push a button when the think they're making a conscious decision to move get there finding that this button is being pushed always happens after all the brain activity was like to restart it's like the conscious brain is the last person in our mind body system to find out that we've already made a decision and of course all these decisions are you motion base because they're not logical they have to be lunch by emotion they're based on feelings and as will find it later actually experiments to prove this within each when they take away the emotional aspect I'll people they just cannot make any decisions so any kind logic that you associate with any kind of decision that you never page is really something that has been need after the fact that's very very important it doesn't make a lot of sense its counter-intuitive but don't warrant scientists study the six that mortgage they understand how the brain works the more they realize this is do we actually works and when you understand this is a this will give you a huge advantage on your sales page ……………………………….

now in case you're wondering if this is possible how this can be possible consider some of these examples love unconscious illogical decisions the biggest one is sexual attraction sexual attraction is obviously 20 schlitz on charges you cannot choose who you're attracted to teach it just happens based on evolution or whatever it is based on anything except logic or emotion another example is all the consumer products you have your clothes all the season is that you like the books you read the movies you choose to watch John the the few that you buy all this stuff is based on motion unconscious it's not logical it when you choose what restaurant to go to you you you don't sit down calculated per cent protein in the personal saturated not saturated fats your niche the personages calorie second carbohydrates you just make a quick unconscious illogical decision in after the fact you come up with a reason now the proof for this is in some brain surgery that they did in a few years back they used to think that brain scientists used to think that are decisions in the summer love them work logically base they were based large and in order to test this out they had this guy it was undergoing something brain surgery in there were going to temporarily disconnect the emotional centers his brain however they do that and they were going to ask him to make a few decisions to show they were hoping to show that he could make decisions logically and they were actually expecting him to have a better in quicker and more efficient all decision-making process but what they found was once they disconnected his emotional singers he could not decide anything they would ask in simple things like why did you choose the shoes you wore this morning rich why did you choose what you had for dinner last night she any simply could not come up with an answer when they disconnected all this emotional singers when they disconnected all this emotional reasoning all this emotional memories that will into his decision said he had previously made he could not explain why he made those decisions and so to the side is this was proof to the beach that all love our decisions are based on emotions and not logic and it's very very important then you really really understand this kid's this will help you to watch leverage your sales page and make a lot more money………………………..

so like we said before there are some good things and some bad things about this... we knew understand how people make decisions and how you can trigger those decisions this can be very very powerful wanted a good reasons is that we don't have much of a choice after all or emotional emotional buttons have been pushed if you've ever heard it David DeAngelo he used to sell products for men don't how to reach become more successful when Mitch and his marketing slogan was attraction is it a choice in his state was that if men behaved in the right way and spoke in the right way then women wouldn't have much of a choice but to be attracted now nobody likes to admit that their manipulate it so easily which the truth of the matter is that we really don't have much choice another good thing about this is that these are scary easily triggered that means that once our buttons are pushed we don't need to think about it we're debate about what their skills your very own is just all systems tools job but not by blood when we see something we want we just one ish the process happens very very quickly now of course a lot of times there may be some things that are pushing both torch by buttons at once in an hour one way but at the same time so what happens we have these consulate the emotions partitions that by age part this was your own way but that's not an aspect in for a logical the it's just that we have to competing emotions going on same time she in when you know how to maximize launch in minimize the other then you have a lot more success another good thing about this is that they're very very hard to resist if you're not hungry you want to eat your favorite food if someone puts it in front of your pledge if you see something that you want to buy you get the cash in your pocket is gonna be hard not to buy if somebody that you find sexually attracted start coming on you is going to be very very hard to resist what's our emotions are telling us to do something it's very very hard not to do that the last thing about this last you think about this is that it's very very hard to recognize now it's not hard to recognize the fact that you want something but it is hard to understand the underlying emotional reasons why you what you want remember we're not talking about this logical reasons that we come up with afterwards we're talking about those people washing recent switch spurious to action to makers want what we watch in those emotional reasons those triggers we really really don't notice they're happening each which makes it easy for us as sales people as persuaders two-part mean under the radar without being detected triggered those emotional triggers that make people want to buy whatever it is we're sale-ing……………………….

. of course there are some reasons why are illogical decision-making process is bad ..why ignoring these can keep this keep us from being able to make lots of money in sales page the biggest reason the clearest reason is that that we are unaware why we choose... this is a big problem because when we go to sell something to somebody we tend to use those logical reasons that we think caused us to buy... when in fact those logical reasons happend after the fact ...8:40. this happens even the highest paid ad execs in copy writers... that's why they so often come up with these great looking at campaigns in TV commercials that getting lots of rewards and get millions and millions YouTube views... but they don't really create that buying desire that thereafter... thats because these are very very hard to reverse-engineer ... people really don't understand why they buy...they figure they know they think they know they look at the decisions they make themselves and then they use those same reasons to try and persuade other people but the problem is those are after-the-fact logical stories... they are the result of the decision ...not the cause... another draw back to these patterns is that they are very easily dismissed ...we hear about these ..we study these they dont effect us and we think ahh that doesn't make me wanna buy something so it's not going to work on other people…………………………………………………………………………...

but think about this..9:33... have you ever heard a joke that you didn't think was funny a joke that you didn't get .. and then someone explained it to you ..it wasn't funny after you understood it because it took too long to each understand it and it was filtered through your conscious mind…. now does that mean you couldn't use the same joke and tell it to other people and get them to laff?? .. probably not ...that's what's going to happen with these patterns ...they don't seem like they are gona work .. there not gona effect you like they're going to effect your customers because they're meant to hit unconscious illogical mind...ment to bypass the conscious mind.. not meant to be filtered through your logical conscious mind ...10:10...and just like jokes that you don't understand can be told others to make them laff.. these patterns though they may not move you when you first learn about them... they will still make other people laff.. think about what happens when you go fishing ….what do you bait the hook with?? do you use something you'd like to eat or something that you know the fish is going to like... we are using bait on our sales pages not for the conscious mind but for the unconscious mind... because it's the unconscious mind thats going to make all that buying decisions ………...

end of vid...Select subtitle language: SWITCH LANGUAGE Video Description One of the biggest shell games in the history of planet Earth is human thinking. Scientists have been studying the brain for years and are still pretty clueless how it works. They sort of know which parts do what, but as far the nuts and bolts of our thinking process, they're still pretty much in the dark. One thing that's becoming more and more apparent, though, is that not very much of our thoughts and thinking is done by our conscious brain. Yea, I now we all like to think that we are logical creatures, like Spock, especially when we get into a political argument with our idiot friends. And plenty of guys out there are proud of the fact that men are rational, logical thinking, dispassionate beings while women are basically emotional wrecks. Well, I got news for you. We ALL are emotional creatures, all the time. To the extent that you can accept and understand that, and learn how to apply this to sales, you'll make a ton of cash. To the extent you CAN'T or WON'T accept this, your sales pages will be stuck down in the single digit conversions. Even if you can't accept this logically, just play along and act as if it's true, and you'll be amazed what happens. The way it works is like this. We've got all these emotional buttons. Some make us want to do things. We'll call these our "green" buttons. Some make us want to not do things. We'll call these our "red" buttons. Whenever anything pushes mostly our green buttons, we want to do something. Thinking of that cold piece of pizza in the fridge when a commercial comes on will push enough of those green buttons to get your butt up out of the chair. When the phone rings and you remember the huge fight you got into with your ex, you'll have enough red buttons pushed to make you run and hide in the closet. Most of the time, things out there in the world (sexy girls, cops, the smell of chocolate chip cookies) push both green and red buttons at the same time, so we just kind of vacillate. The trick is, then, when it comes to sales, is to push as many green buttons as possible, while tiptoeing carefully around the red buttons. Guess what most salespeople do? The inadvertently, through their actions and desperation for a commission, hit all the red buttons. If you're a guy, and you haven't been laid in three years, guess which buttons you push when you approach that gorgeous girl in the bar? Not the green ones! five tips to improve critical thinking.... ( not relevant to the direction people are headed... but maybe you are...)

Every day, a sea of decisions stretches before us. Some are small and unimportant, but others have a larger impact on our lives. For example, which politician should I vote for? Should I try the latest diet craze? Or will email make me a millionaire? We're bombarded with so many decisions that it's impossible to make a perfect choice every time. But there are many ways to improve our chances, and one particularly effective technique is critical thinking. This is a way of approaching a question that allows us to carefully deconstruct a situation, reveal its hidden issues, such as bias and manipulation, and make the best decision. If the critical part sounds negative that's because in a way it is.

Rather than choosing an answer because it feels right, a person who uses critical thinking subjects all available options to scrutiny and skepticism. Using the tools at their disposal, they'll eliminate everything but the most useful and reliable information. There are many different ways of approaching critical thinking, but here's one five-step process that may help you solve any number of problems.

One: formulate your question. In other words, know what you're looking for.

This isn't always as straightforward as it sounds. For example, if you're deciding whether to try out the newest diet craze, your reasons for doing so may be obscured by other factors, like claims that you'll see results in just two weeks. But if you approach the situation with a clear view of what you're actually trying to accomplish by dieting, whether that's weight loss, better nutrition, or having more energy, that'll equip you to sift through this information critically, find what you're looking for, and decide whether the new fad really suits your needs.

Two: gather your information.

There's lots of it out there, so having a clear idea of your question will help you determine what's relevant. If you're trying to decide on a diet to improve your nutrition, you may ask an expert for their advice, or seek other people's testimonies. Information gathering helps you weigh different options, moving you closer to a decision that meets your goal.

Three: apply the information, something you do by asking critical questions.

Facing a decision, ask yourself, "What concepts are at work?" "What assumptions exist?" "Is my interpretation of the information logically sound?" For example, in an email that promises you millions, you should consider, "What is shaping my approach to this situation?" "Do I assume the sender is telling the truth?" "Based on the evidence, is it logical to assume I'll win any money?"

Four: consider the implications.

Imagine it's election time, and you've selected a political candidate based on their promise to make it cheaper for drivers to fill up on gas. At first glance, that seems great. But what about the long-term environmental effects? If gasoline use is less restricted by cost, this could also cause a huge surge in air pollution, an unintended consequence that's important to think about.

Five: explore other points of view.

Ask yourself why so many people are drawn to the policies of the opposing political candidate. Even if you disagree with everything that candidate says, exploring the full spectrum of viewpoints might explain why some policies that don't seem valid to you appeal to others. This will allow you to explore alternatives, evaluate your own choices, and ultimately help you make more informed decisions.

This five-step process is just one tool, and it certainly won't eradicate difficult decisions from our lives. But it can help us increase the number of positive choices we make. Critical thinking can give us the tools to sift through a sea of information and find what we're looking for. And if enough of us use it, it has the power to make the world a more reasonable place.
